FaithWorx Productions | Sports will make every effort to deliver high-quality streaming and media services as agreed. However, we are not liable for delays, disruptions, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, poor internet connectivity, equipment failure, extreme weather, or venue-related issues. We make no guarantees regarding audience size, platform performance (e.g. YouTube or Instagram), or post-event engagement. The Client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents from individuals appearing on camera, including but not limited to players, coaches, officials, performers, and spectators. By booking our services, the Client confirms that all participants have granted consent for FaithWorx Sports to record, live stream, and use their image, voice, and likeness in both live and post-event content for broadcast, promotional, and portfolio use. FaithWorx Sports accepts no liability for any claims related to unauthorized appearances or failure to obtain appropriate consents.
