Campus Elevate
Campus Elevate is a visionary three-year partnership between FaithWorx Sports and a registered campus sports club, created to ignite excellence, purpose, and community through sport. Rooted in capacity-building rather than sponsorship, it strengthens governance, athlete development, inclusion, and communications while empowering student-athletes to grow as leaders on and off the field or court. By anchoring its work in four pillars—operational excellence, athlete development, community inclusion, and dynamic communication—the initiative transforms campus sports structures and amplifies the voices and achievements of the campus sports community. Through platforms like the campus basketball league, Campus Elevate becomes more than a program; it is a movement that nurtures talent, unites diverse groups, and inspires a faith-driven sense of purpose. Ultimately, it aims to cultivate a thriving, high-performing sports environment where excellence meets character, and where sport becomes a catalyst for transformation, belonging, and meaningful impact.
HER Sport
HER Sport Program empowers women and girls through health education, leadership, and resilience. It fosters gender equity by providing mentorship, safe spaces, and social asset building while advocating for reduced gender-based violence (GBV). Through training and advocacy, the program enhances participation, visibility, and inclusion, equipping women and girls to lead and excel through sports within their communities.
Coaching Dribble
Coaching Dribble is a community-based sports program designed to empower vulnerable communities in Botswana by promoting life skills, resilience, and personal development. The program integrates sports with critical education on social issues, including early unintended pregnancy, alcohol and drug abuse, HIV prevention, gender-based violence, and mental health awareness.
University students trained as coaches and mentors lead sports activities and workshops in their hometowns during semester breaks, ensuring direct community impact. This initiative fills a crucial gap, as organized sports have been absent in many communities.
